Log In to Your Unimarket Supplier Profile

To access your Unimarket supplier profile, navigate to the correct login screen for your geographic zone and enter your credentials.

 

Prerequisites

  • Audience: Supplier (Existing User)

  • Intent: Log in to the supplier portal

  • Credentials: You must have your user login email address and designated password.

 

Step 1: Access Unimarket Supplier Portal

  1. Go to the relevant supplier login screen for your zone:

  2. In the Email address field, enter your user login email address.

  3. In the Password field, enter your designated password.

Note: If you have multiple supplier profiles associated with the email address and password entered. The names of the profiles will populate, to select the profile you desire to log into.

  1. Select Continue.

 

Step 2: Secure Your Account Screen

The screen will populate, to complete Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) verification process.

IMPORTANT Note: All users must set-up 2FA, to log into their supplier profile.

 

 

Step 3: 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) Process

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a security feature that requires, two forms of verification when you sign in:

  1. Username and password and
  2. One-time verification code generated by an Authenticator app or sent to your mobile phone (Note: The code will never be sent your email inbox).

IMPORTANT Note: For security purposes, Unimarket only allows the Authenticator to be set up on one app or one mobile number, per supplier profile.

Auth0 Guardian (Google Play / App Store)
Authy (Google Play / App Store)
Google Authenticator (Google Play / App Store)
Microsoft Authenticator (Google Play / App Store)

 

If you have NOT Completed 2FA set-up:

 

If you Completed 2FA set-up:

Depending on the 2FA method designated (during 2FA step-up), you will receive a one-time code using the preferred method:

On the Authenticator App (downloaded at the time of 2FA set-up)

  • Scan the QR code located on the screen, with your mobile device.
  • Once successful, you will be granted entry into your supplier profile.

Via SMS text message (if selected at the time of 2FA set-up)

  • View your text messages, for a one-time code generated by the Authenticator app.
  • Enter the one-time code in the Enter Your One-Time Code field, on the Unimarket supplier Login screen.
  • Once successful, you will be granted entry into your supplier profile.
