This guide helps suppliers troubleshoot common 2FA login issues and provides answers to frequently asked questions. Use this article if you cannot receive a verification code, are unable to complete login, or need assistance managing your 2FA functionality.

 

SMS Verification Troubleshooting Chart

The information below will assist with resolving issued faced with receiving the one-time code via SMS text message. To successfully gain entry into your supplier profile:

Issue/Question Resolution
I did not receive the one-time code via SMS text message. 1. Verify that the mobile number on your account is correct.
2. Confirm that your device can receive SMS messages.
3. Check whether you previously opted out of SMS messages by replying STOP in the authentication text message thread.
4. Sign in to your Unimarket account again to generate a new one-time verification code.
5. If the issue continues, contact Unimarket Support (support@unimarket.com) and request a 2FA reset.
I unsubscribed accidentally When signing into your Unimarket profile, select Try Another Method in your Authenticator app or contact Unimarket Support (support@unimarket.com) for a 2FA reset.
I am having issues with the SMS service Submit a support request through Unimarket Support (support@unimarket.com). Provide details of the issue, including your email address and any error messages received.
"I changed my phone number." Contact support@unimarket.com and request a 2FA reset.

"I do not know my one-time code."

"I cannot find the one-time code."

Check whether one of the Supported Authenticator apps is installed on your device or your SMS text messages. For the one-time code generated.

"Can multiple people share the same user login, to access one supplier profile?"

Shared users logins create security and auditing risks.

For security purposes, we highly recommend each user have a user login (associated with their email address and password) to access the shared supplier profile. 

 If a user login is needed, reach out to your your Supplier Account Administrator. 

Note: Each user must complete their own 2FA setup. Utilizing the above-mentioned instructions.

The information below will assist with resolving issued faced with scanning the QR code, using your mobile device. To successfully gain entry into your supplier profile:

Issue/Question Possible Cause Resolution
"I changed my phone number." Existing 2FA setup is tied to the previous phone number. Contact support@unimarket.com and request a 2FA reset.

"I do not know my one-time code."

"I cannot find the one-time code."

Code is generated by an authenticator app or sent via SMS text message.

Note: For security purposes, the one-time code will never be sent by email.

"I lost access to my Authenticator app or device." Authenticator app or device is unavailable Contact support@unimarket.com and request a 2FA reset. Security verification will be completed before the reset is performed.
"I cannot bypass the 2FA setup screen." 2FA is mandatory for all Supplier Portal users Complete the 2FA setup process before accessing portal features.
"Can multiple people share the same user login, to access one supplier profile?"

What happens if I do not set up 2FA? You will be prompted to complete the setup the next time you log in. Portal access will remain unavailable until setup is completed.
Can I change my 2FA method? Yes. Contact Unimarket Support at support@unimarket.com.
What should I do if I get a new phone? Contact Unimarket Support and request a 2FA reset before using the new device.
Can multiple users use the same supplier profile? Yes. Multiple users can be added to a supplier profile. Each user should have their own login and complete their own 2FA setup. Contact your Supplier Account Administrator to create a new user account.
What should I do, if I cannot remember my password? Refer to Reset Password help article, for instructions of how to reset your password.
