Suppliers can access the View Catalogs screen, to see all their catalogs (e.g., check their status, view and edit active products, manage products in draft, and communicate) with customers via the Comments tab, during the catalog review process.
Prerequisites
Audience: Premium Supplier
Intent: View and manage existing catalogs.
Access: Must be logged into the Unimarket supplier portal.
Steps: Accessing Catalogs
Select Catalogs on the left side panel.
Click View Catalogs.
Ensure the State filter is set to Open.
Select the name of the desired catalog.
Catalog Management Tabs
Once you select the desired catalog, the following tabs are available:

| Draft Products | Displays products that have been recently edited and/or added, but are not yet active in the catalog. |
A red notification icon indicates the number of products in draft. To take action on draft products, refer to the help article Editing Items In A Hosted Catalog. |
| Summary | Provides an overview of the catalog's details. | Select More Actions and click Edit to update the Name, Description, End Date, Delivery Option, Customer(s), and Email. All fields marked with a red asterisk are required. |
| Active Products | Displays all products currently available to the customer in the catalog. |
Items can be searched using the Search field or Sort by field. Individual products can be edited or deleted from this page. To take action on products, refer to the help article Editing Items In A Hosted Catalog. |
| Buyer View | Allows you to view the products and services exactly as your connected customers see them. | N/A |
| Comments | Facilitates communication between the customer and supplier regarding the catalog review process. | A comment is automatically created when a new catalog starts, notifying both parties via email. |
Add a Comment
The comment will send a notification to the customer and be housed on this tab. Allowing both parties to ask questions, request changes, or receive updates.
Select the Comments tab.
Click +Add Comment and a pop-up window will appear.
Select the recipient customer from the drop-down in the Comment in field.
Key in your message in the comment box.
Select Send.
