Suppliers can close an open catalog, at any time to remove it from customer view. Closed catalogs can be re-opened later if needed, making them available to customers again.
Prerequisites
Audience: Premium Supplier
Intent: Change the status of a catalog from Open to Closed, or from Closed to Open.
Access: Must be logged into the Unimarket supplier portal.
Steps: Closing an Open Catalog
Select Catalogs on the left side menu.
Click View Catalogs.
This screen defaults to showing all Open catalogs.
Click on the name of the desired catalog you want to close.
Click More Actions in the top right-hand corner.
Select Close.
A pop-up window will appear to confirm you wish to close the catalog. Select OK.
Results/Validation (Closing)
A green notification banner will appear at the top of the screen confirming the catalog has been closed.
The catalog will now be found under the Closed state.
Steps: Re-opening a Closed Catalog
On the View Catalogs screen, select Closed in the State box to filter the list.
Click the name of the catalog you wish to re-open.
Click More Actions in the top right-hand corner.
Click Reopen.
In the Publish field, Now will be designated by default.
Now: Publish the catalog as soon as the upload completes.
Later: Specify a date/time when the catalog will be published, in Start Date/Time fields.
Manually: Does not publish the catalog automatically. You will have to manually click "Publish" at a later date.
The End Date field can remain blank to create a never-ending catalog.
Once completed, select OK.
Results/Validation (Re-opening)
The catalog will be published and will now be found under the Open catalogs.
