In addition to Unimarket allowing suppliers to manually key in pricing information and responses to questions on a bid request, they can also upload pricing and responses via a CSV file.
Uploading Pricing
To upload Pricing, select Quotes on the left panel > click View Bid Requests.
The Bid Requests screen will populate to select desired bid under column Bid Request Name.
To desired bid screen will appear.
Select the Sections tab > click Upload Pricing > a pop-up box will appear > select Export Items, to download the CSV file template.
Open the file and insert applicable information in all required fields. To view the download specifications, review the chart below.
Upon completion, save the file as a CSV.
Select Browse, to upload the CSV file directly if no images are used. Or create a ZIP file containing the CSV file and all the images referenced in the IMAGE_FILE column. Images larger than 640x480 pixels shrink automatically. The maximum zip file size is 10MB.
Once the file has uploaded, click OK.
When the supplier has answered each line and ready to continue, click Continue.
At any time, suppliers can save response in progress, by clicking Save at the bottom of any tab.
The customer will not be able to view your quote until published. Once Publish is selected on the Publish tab.
The following table explains the categories in the Pricing Upload template:
