The Sections tab is where suppliers provide their item pricing and answer any mandatory questions required by the customer as part of the bid request. This tab is typically separated into Items (for products/pricing) and Questions (for qualitative responses).
Prerequisites
Audience: Supplier (Responding to a Bid)
Intent: Submit pricing and answers for the customer's line item requests and questions.
Access: You must be on the Create Quote screen.
Steps
Manually Enter Pricing
Locate the item you need to respond to, and follow the steps based on the item type:

1. Select the dropdown next to the encircled "i" to the right of the line item. 2. Click +Add Quote to enter new pricing or Edit to modify an existing entry. 3. Enter the pricing details. 4. Select OK. |
Manually Enter Answer Questions
Locate the question you need to respond to, and follow the steps:

1. Select the dropdown next to the encircled "i" to the right of the question line. 2. Click Edit. 3. A pop-up box will appear; complete all required fields with your response. 4. Select OK. |
Continue or Save Progress
Once you have responded to all required lines, click Continue to move to the next tab.
Important Notes
Saving Progress: At any time, suppliers can save their response in progress by clicking Save at the bottom of any tab.
Visibility: The customer will not be able to view your quote until it is finalized and published by selecting Publish on the Publish tab.
