Suppliers can review the status and details of quotes submitted for customer bid requests. Quotes can be edited up until the bid response date or until the customer checks out the quote. Suppliers also have the option to withdraw a quote entirely before the due date.
Prerequisites
Audience: Supplier (Existing User)
Intent: Manage previously submitted quotes.
Access: Must be logged into the Unimarket supplier portal.
Review Submitted Quotes
Go to Quotes on the left side panel.
Select View Bid Requests.
Customize your search using the Customer, Buyer, Created Date From, and/or Created Date To fields.
Once the desired quote is located, select the desired quote name.
The desired quote screen will appear, where you can review information on the following tabs: Bid Request, Messages, Quote, Attachments (if included by the buyer), and Sections. You can also view your full quote submission and any attachments you included.
Edit Submitted Quotes
Suppliers are able to edit their quote up until the response date or until the buyer checks out your submitted quote (whichever occurs first).
Go to Quotes on the left side panel.
Select View Bid Requests.
Locate the desired quote and select the quote name.
The desired quote screen will appear. Select More Actions.
Click Edit Quote.
Once the update is completed, select Finish on the Publish tab.
Withdraw a Quote
Suppliers can withdraw a quote at any time up until the due date/time of the bid.
Select Quotes on the left panel.
Click View Bid Requests.
Locate the desired bid under the column Bid Request Name and select it.
The desired bid screen will appear. Select More Actions.
Click Withdraw Quote.
Insert the reason for withdrawal and, once completed, click OK.
