In addition to Unimarket allowing suppliers to manually key in pricing information and responses to questions on a bid request, they can also upload pricing and responses via a CSV file.
Uploading Pricing
To upload Pricing, select Quotes on the left panel > click View Bid Requests.
The Bid Requests screen will populate to select desired bid under column Bid Request Name.
The desired bid screen will appear > click Sections tab > select Upload Pricing > the Upload Pricing pop-up box will appear to click Export Items to download a CSV file with all of the items needing to be entered on this Bid Request.
- Open the CSV file and populate the empty columns, and save it. See the list below for information regarding the fields that are mandatory.
- Select Browse to upload the CSV file directly if no images are used or create a ZIP file containing the CSV file and all the images referenced in the IMAGE_FILE column. Images larger than 640x480 pixels shrink automatically. The maximum zip file size is 10Mb.
- Once the file has uploaded, click OK.
- When the supplier has answered each line and ready to continue, click Continue.
At any time, suppliers can save response in progress, by clicking Save at the bottom of any tab.
The customer will not be able to view your quote until published by selecting Publish on the Publish tab.
Upload Question Responses
To upload Question Responses, select Quotes on the left panel > click View Bid Requests.
