Summary
In addition to manually keying in pricing and responses on a bid request, Unimarket allows suppliers to upload this information in bulk via CSV files, streamlining the submission process for large bids.
Prerequisites
Audience: Supplier (Responding to a Bid)
Intent: Upload pricing and/or answers to bid requests in bulk.
Access: You must have already accepted the bid invitation and be on the Create Quote screen.
Uploading Pricing
This process covers submitting price quotes and product details for the bid's line items.
Select Quotes on the left panel.
Click View Bid Requests.
The Bid Requests screen will populate; select the desired bid under the column Bid Request Name.
Select the Sections tab.
Click Upload Pricing. A pop-up box will appear.
Select Export Items to download the CSV file template.
Open the file and insert applicable information, referring to the template specifications below.
Note: The first three columns (SECTION, LINE, REQUIREMENT) will be automatically populated for you and should not be altered.
Upon completion, save the file as a CSV.
To Upload:
Select Browse to upload the CSV file directly if no images are used.
OR Create a ZIP file containing the CSV file and all the images referenced in the IMAGE_FILE column.
Note: Images larger than 640x480 pixels shrink automatically. The maximum zip file size is 10MB.
Once the file has uploaded, click OK.

Uploading Question Responses
This process covers submitting narrative, date, number, or selection responses to questions included in the bid request.
Select Quotes on the left panel.
Click View Bid Requests.
The Bid Requests screen will populate; select the desired bid under the column Bid Request Name.
Select the Sections tab.
Click Upload Question Responses. A pop-up box will appear.
Click Export Questions to download the CSV file template.
Open the file and insert applicable information in all required fields.
Upon completion, save the file as a CSV.
Note: The maximum file size for the CSV is 50MB.
Select Browse to upload the CSV file.
Once the file has uploaded, click OK.

Finalizing the Submission
When the supplier has answered each line and is ready to continue, click Continue (or select the Publish tab).
At any time, suppliers can save their response in progress by clicking Save at the bottom of any tab.
The customer will not be able to view your quote until you select Publish on the Publish tab.
