Summary
Suppliers can check their submitted quote to confirm that the bid response was successfully published and sent to the customer.
Prerequisites
Audience: Supplier (Existing User)
Intent: Verify the successful submission of a quote.
Access: Must be logged into the Unimarket supplier portal.
Steps
Select Quotes on the left panel.
Click View Bid Requests.
The Bid Requests screen will populate. Select the desired bid under the column Bid Request Name.
The desired bid screen will appear. Click the Quote tab.
On the Quote tab, you can view the Published Date the bid was sent to the customer, along with all submitted information.
To view the submitted information for individual line items or questions, click the dropdown next to the encircled "i" to the right of the desired line.
Results/Validation
The presence of a Published Date on the Quote tab confirms that the bid response was successfully submitted to the customer.
