Summary
If your Unimarket supplier account becomes locked due to 10 or more incorrect password attempts. You can unlock it yourself by initiating a password reset, or an user Administrator can unlock it on your behalf.
Prerequisites
Audience: Supplier (Locked User) or Administrator
Intent: Restore login access after the account has been locked.
Cause: The account becomes locked after 10 or more unsuccessful password attempts.
Steps: User Unlocking Their Own Account
Follow these steps to generate a temporary password that unlocks your access.

Go to the relevant supplier login page for your designated zone:

On the login screen, select Forgot password?
In the Email Address field, enter the user login email address for your profile.
Select Continue.
Check your email inbox for a password reset email from Unimarket.

Select Confirm within the email.
- The Change Your Password screen will appear.
Insert your desired new password in the New Password field.
Re-enter the new password in the Re-enter New Password field.
Select Reset Password.
Steps: Administrator Unlocking a User Login
If you are an Administrator, you can unlock a user's access directly from the profile settings.

Go to the relevant supplier login page for your designated zone:
Select Profile on the left side menu.
Click on Users.
Change the State filter to Locked.
Select Search.
Click Edit next to the relevant user (the page will indicate when the account became locked).
Select Unlock.
Click OK.
