Summary
When a customer creates an RFQ, selected suppliers receive an email notification. This article explains how to access the RFQ and review the status of your submitted quote within the Unimarket supplier profile.

Intent: Locate an RFQ and track its progress/status.

Accessing the RFQ
There are three main ways to view the RFQ once logged in:
Main Screen: The RFQ will be listed under the section titled "Recent Requests for Quote" on your main dashboard.
Left Menu: Click Quotes from your menu on the left, then select View Requests for Quote.
Top Right Task Menu: Click on your Task menu on the top right, then select Requests for Quote.
Once you have navigated to the Requests for Quote screen, open the desired quote by clicking on the quote name.
Reviewing Quote Status
The Requests for Quote screen allows you to filter and search for quotes to check their current status (State).
You can filter by:
RFQ Name
RFQ ID
Customer Name
Customer Contact Person
Created From Date
Response Date
RFQ State Definitions
| State | Definition |
|---|---|
| Accepted | The supplier has formally accepted the invitation to participate in the bid. |
| Cancelled | The community (customer) has cancelled this RFQ without awarding it to any supplier. |
| Declined | The supplier has formally declined the invitation to participate. |
| Lost | The community has awarded this RFQ to another supplier. |
| Missed | The supplier did not respond before the response due date. |
| New | The community has created the invitation and is awaiting a response from the supplier. |
| Quoted | The supplier has accepted the invitation and created a quote response. |
| Removed | The supplier has been removed from the bid request after the issue date. Any quotes created cannot be purchased. |
| Withdrawn | The supplier has withdrawn their quote response. |
| Won | The community has awarded this RFQ to the supplier's quote. |
