• Viewing Requests and Tenders

There are two ways to download the documents attached to a Request or Tender. You can either download ALL the  information and attachments into a single zip folder, or you can download individual attachments one at a time.

    Downloading the Request package

To download ALL the details and attachments of a Tender or Request, click the 'download' icon to the right of the Request or Tender. This will download a zip folder to your computer. You can then open the zip folder to view all of the Request documents.

    Downloading individual documents

To download an individual attachment, click the documents icon to the right of the Request or Tender.

You will then see a pop up with all the attachments to the Request/Tender. Click on the file name of the document you want to download:

Alternatively, you can click the 'DOWNLOAD EVERYTHING' button above the file names to download all the attachments at once.

  • Asking the Buyer a Question

When you are invited to a Request, you are able to ask the Buyer questions. The Buyer can then reply to this question. Their reply can either be public (so all suppliers can see the answer) or private (so only you can see the answer). If the answer is made public, your name and details will not be included with the question.

When viewing a Request, you will see a '? icon' to the right. Click this icon to send a question to the buyer.

Once you click the '? icon', you will see a text box pop up. You can type your question here and click the 'Ask this question' button to send it to the Buyer. Any questions you have asked them previously (for this Request) will also appear here, under the ‘Questions you’ve asked’ heading.

When your question is answered, you will be sent an email with the Buyer's answer. You will also be able to view the answer when looking at the request details.
