The alert message "Catalog service is temporarily in read-only mode. Some functions may not be available," may appear on the Catalogs screen within a suppliers profile.
Why Does the Alert Appear?
The alert message appears in two scenarios:
- The catalog service was manually set to read only mode during Unimarket's maintenance period.
- A connection issue with the catalog microservice.
- The catalog service was is in read only mode and works, as a fail-safe.
Are the Catalog Impacted?
The existing supplier catalogs (including those newly uploaded) are not impacted by the alert message.
