Unimarket Supplier Types: Lite, Registered, and Premium

The Unimarket Supplier Network includes three types of supplier profiles: Lite, Registered, and Premium. We make joining simple so you can focus on your customers, regardless of the level you choose.

 

Supplier Types and Features

Supplier Type Access and Management Key Features
Lite Created and managed at the community level. Cannot log in or update supplier data. Buyers can create Purchase Orders (via non-catalogue purchase order option). Orders are sent to the supplier via email.
Registered Creates and manages their own company details. Can log in to view orders and create invoices. Buyers can create Purchase Orders (via non-catalogue) and submit RFQs (Request for Quotes). Suppliers can respond to RFQs.
Premium Same access as a Registered supplier, plus additional features. All Registered features, PLUS: Create and host catalogs, Create round trip catalogs, Create quotes without a customer request, Take advantage of order and invoice integration.

 

Prerequisites

  • Audience: Potential Supplier

  • Intent: Understand supplier tiers and the path to registration.

  • Closed Marketplace: Unimarket is a closed marketplace and requires a customer invitation to register.

Steps: How to Become a Registered Supplier

  1. A connected customer must send you an invitation to register with them.

  2. Follow the instructions in the invitation to complete your registration and manage your company details.

 

Steps: How to Become a Premium Supplier

  1. Once you are a Registered Supplier, you will have the option to upgrade your account.

  2. It is recommended that you discuss becoming a premium supplier with your customer(s) before upgrading to ensure that it is the best fit for your business relationship.
