Unimarket is a procurement solution that simplifies trade between buyers and suppliers. Catalogs are the primary way to present your goods and services to connected customers, increasing your visibility and simplifying transactions.
Why Use a Catalog?
Catalogs are the best way to get your goods and services in front of your customers. Even if you don't offer traditional "products," you can use Requests for Quote (RFQs) and Forms. To configure your services into a catalog format, which makes transactions easier for customers.
How Customers Access Your Catalog
Customers access supplier catalogs via their Marketplace. They can locate you by searching the supplier directory, browsing your catalog directly, or using a keyword search that spans all their connected suppliers.
Available Catalog Types
Unimarket supports two primary types of catalogs: Standard (Hosted) and Punchout (Roundtrip).
Standard (Hosted) Catalog
Description: A standard catalog is hosted directly on Unimarket's platform. It is created by uploading a spreadsheet of products. Products can be added, removed, or edited after the initial upload.

Pricing Options:
Fixed Price: Products are priced (e.g., $10.00 per item) with an Add to Cart option.
Quote Price: Products are priced per quote (RFQ) with a Get Quote option.

Punchout (Roundtrip) Catalog
Description: A punchout catalog is an integration between Unimarket and the supplier's external e-commerce website. The process allows the customer to start in Unimarket, click a button to "punchout" into your website to shop, and return the selected items into their Unimarket shopping cart for check out (Roundtrip).

Punchout (Roundtrip - Level 2)
Description: This advanced functionality enables customers to search for your products within Unimarket, before initiating the "punchout" to your e-commerce website. This is accomplished by associating your Punchout catalog with an Index Catalog, in Unimarket.
