Suppliers can update the email addresses associated with their profile. To ensure the correct individuals receive specific subject-type email notifications (e.g., remittance or order notifications).
Prerequisites
Audience: Supplier (Existing User)
Intent: Modify email addresses for notifications.
Access: Must be logged into the Unimarket supplier portal.
Steps
Go to Profile on the left panel.
Click Company Profile.
Select the Emails tab.
Click Edit.
In the Default field, insert the primary email address. This address will be used for any non-mandatory email fields that are left empty.
If you want specific subject email notifications (e.g., remittance or orders) to go to a different email address, than the default:
Insert the desired email address into the corresponding subject field.
Note: Unimarket currently supports one email address, per subject field.
Once completed, select Save.
Results/Validation
Your email notification preferences will be updated, ensuring that each type of notification is sent to the designated inbox.
