Suppliers can customize and assign specific shipping options for each Punchout (Roundtrip) Catalog, they provide to their customers. This allows for flexible delivery charging methods tailored to the needs of the integrated catalog.
Prerequisites
Audience: Supplier Administrator / Premium Supplier
Intent: Create and assign a custom shipping option to a Punchout Catalog.
Access: Must be logged into the Unimarket supplier portal.
Steps
Initiate Delivery Option Creation
Select Catalogs on the left side panel.
Click View Catalogs.
Click the name of the desired Punchout Catalog.
Select More Actions and click Edit.
The Edit Catalog pop-up box will appear.
In the Shipping field, select +Create Delivery Option to customize shipping.
Create the New Delivery Option
The system will redirect you to the Configure Store screen on the Delivery Options tab.
Click +Add Delivery Option to set up a new option.
In the Type field, select the desired delivery calculation method from the list below.

|---|---|
| Charge per item | The specified charge will apply to each line of orders that use this Delivery Option. |
| Charge per order | The specified charge will apply to all orders that use this Delivery Option. |
| Percentage of order | The charge will be a percentage of the order's value for all orders that use this Delivery Option. |
| Free | Delivery will be free for all orders that use this Delivery Option. |
| Manual | This delivery option allows buyers to enter an estimated shipping cost. |
| Pickup | The buyer must pick up all orders that use this Delivery Option. |
| Other | Delivery will be free for all orders that use this Delivery Option, and you can specify additional instructions. |
Insert applicable information in the required fields marked with a red asterisk.
Enter the delivery charge option in the Charge field (if applicable for the chosen type).
Click Create.
Click Save (on the Delivery Options tab).
Assign the Customized Shipping to the Catalog
Select Catalogs on the left side panel.
Click the name of the desired Punchout Catalog.
Select More Actions and click Edit.
The Edit Catalog pop-up box will appear.
In the Shipping field, click the dropdown arrow and select the newly created customized shipping option.
Select OK.
Results/Validation
The selected Punchout Catalog is now configured to use the customized delivery option for all associated orders.
